DONATION POLICY<\/h5>

This policy applies to all donations to the Article 25 Foundation, which is registered in the trade register of the Chamber of Commerce as the (CCI)number 82538042 and has its statutory seat in the Zochterstraat 51H, 1054LT, Amsterdam. All donations to the foundation will go towards the objectives of the foundation.<\/p>

Rights and obligations of the donor
<\/strong>No donation to the foundation relates to a consequent favour. In other words, no compensation is offered for the donated amount. The donor cannot derive any rights from the foundation\u2019s usage of the received donation. Restitution of the donation is not possible. Every donor needs to have received the minimum age of 16 years of age. Before making the donation, the donor is required to leave their information on a form that is provided by the foundation. Donations to the foundation will be used for the implementation of idealistic goals of the foundation or might be used to compensate for costs made by the foundation for the execution of its idealistic goals, including costs for hiring of third parties (professionals) and office expenses. The idealistic goals of the foundation are listed on the official Articles of Association.<\/p>

Personal information
<\/strong>During the processing of personal data, the foundation strives for consistency with the provisions in the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The foundation will not make this information available to third parties.<\/p>

Dispute resolution procedures
<\/strong>In the case of disputes between the foundation and another party, the Amsterdam court is the sole authorized party to take note of the dispute.<\/p>
